During the Forum, several countries highlighted the importance of the European Union's commitment to Triangular Cooperation in the region, demonstrated through the different components of ADELANTE 2, and to fostering partnerships and networks with strong potential for the new Development Agenda. The capacity of ADELANTE 2 to contribute to the future lines of action to be taken was demonstrated, as identified by SEGIB: work with vulnerable populations, the involvement of new actors, and data generation and evidence building, among others.
Much like the forums in the last semester of 2022 in which ADELANTE 2 participated, these spaces have demonstrated ADELANTE 2's capacity and willingness to contribute to the Triangular Cooperation system, primarily due to the great potential for reflection, learning and evidence building derived from the ADELANTE Window and the Triangular Cooperation funds. The interest in and recognition of ADELANTE by all Triangular Cooperation actors in the region was also highlighted, with special emphasis on the multi-stakeholder and multi-level nature of the ADELANTE Window.
